Probably lost close on 30 mins in mistakes- mostly on two controls.
Legs tired from the start box.
GPs wouldn't start until heading for 5 of 15 (will load trace eventually)
Got in just before the heavens opened.

JK Day 2
Not a bad run, but not a great one. Good course on a mediocre area.
A bit Confused on ground vs map on first control : overran etc as result of looking at 15k map in -1min box (course map = 10k) c.5mins
One 10min stuff up later on- Due to misreading code

Note
(sick)

Overall, not much improvement on yesterday.

Earlier in the week my thought processes and sense of time were totally out of tune (10 mins sometimes felt like an hour). Clear thought gradually returning in bouts of varying lengths which is a welcome improvement (I can get through an email in one go now), but considering how much productive time I've lost, I could do with some of that time warp effect to help me catch up.

Cant say I remember experiencing this with any previous flu.

I think a run at Day 1 of the JK tomorrow is off the cards. See how I feel about just focussing on getting there tomorrow, and hopefully plod / walk / crawl around a course on Sat.

Fever topped out overnight.
Starting to head back towards normal, I hope.
