Cold, breezy and clear, a beautiful day in Crum Woods going a bit faster. The new mile markers motivated me, too. There was ice on the ground, and a skim coat on The Crum!

Walk/Jog from Morton train stn. Walked ups, jogged downs, 100/100 left feet on flats. Surprisingly easy and fast, even in jeans and coat with work backpack. Working on my walk.
