Body Pump 1:00:00 [3]

Good work out, but I'm finding the lunges difficult. Seem to have a problem with some corns/hard skin on the ball of my right foot particularly. It's painful, so I compensate by turing my foot sideways and as I've always been pigeoned toed its rather tricky. Must try to sort out my feet and get to the chropodist during the school holidays. Despite that I enjoyed the session as it wasn't too busy and we did some old tracks including Voodoo child and Whahhoo!!

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]

Studio was a little better tonight - ie it didn't steam up until about half way through. It didn't get to the stage it was too bad to do plyometric lunges like Wednesday. Very busy class tonight. No Lisa and Sam wasn't feeling too good. Eventually she got Rachel to take over. She teaches in a very different way. She's very quiet - not like Sam. A good workout.

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]

Strange session as there were terrible problems with the air conditioning. First it blew out hot air and then conked out altogether. By the time we were on track 5 the whole studio was steamed up and the floors were getting vfery slippery. Duty Officer was no use. We opened the doors, but had complaints the music was too loud. in teh end Sam did several mat work tracks as the floor wasn't safe. Heigh ho. hope its sorted for combat tomorrow as that would be fun with a slippery floor and 45 people!

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]

Very cold in the studio tonight so Sassy worked us extra hard to get and keep us warm. We did some very old tracks which, unfortunately, did a lot of sidewaysd shuffles and scissor steps. I really don't like them. Asked for a Queen session next time!! Hopefully we'll have it on Thursday.

Orienteering race 49:04 [5] 5.3 km (9:15 / km)

Greenham Common District Event. Ran the Green course along with all the world and his wife. It was an Army Inter corps championships.I knew it would be a runners course, but didn't quite expect just to follow the line on the overprint! Just one error, where Carol Sands took 3 minutes out of me. After leaving number 4 I followed the path through an enormous marsh but then forked left and eneded up on a path parallel to the one I needed. Took me a while to work out where I was and then needed to get in through loads of brambles and thorn bushes. Was just too slow across the open areas of the old run way. Still I did manage to beat a few people.
