Body Pump 1:00:00 [3]

Seems ages since I did Pump but that's because we've had a bank Holiday. Felt pretty good today, in that my back didn't start to feel it during the squats track until almost the last set of repititions! The lunges track is always hard, not helped by my trainers that I never seem to be able to get tight enough, and then my feet start slipping out of them! Good, very busy session.

Body Attack 1:00:00 [4]

Full teching complement tonight - Sam, Lisa, Paul and Paula!! We did some of the last releases tracks which was nice, although I still think there are too many jumping jacks!! I always need to go to the loo in the middle of those tracks!!

Body Combat 1:00:00 [5]

Good session again tonight even though I was too tired to do any jumping knees. Really in to all the music now. The besr track is still "Johnny be Good" though!

Body Attack 1:00:00 [4]

Sam was back to teaching today, although I'm sure that's far too soon. We did an old warm up, to Abba, which is much better than the current one. Am finding jumping jacks a trial so have dropped down to doing single legs. That way I can keep going! The lunge track is really challenging as well!

Body Combat 1:00:00 [5]

Nice to get to the studio again after three days orienteering. At the moment the studio is preferable! Am finally able to do the jump knee moves, even though I'm only getting off the floor a little way, but at least I can do it now! Felt good which was great considering I felt awful before yesterdays score event and put in very little effort. Prefer the standing cool down as there's not so much balancing in it!

Orienteering race 56:49 [4]

WJS score event on Cannop Ponds. As I was very tired decided I'd just go for a slow jog. Rough under foot for a lot of the course. Went round most of it with Sue Roome. We were too low for number 24, but otherwise hit them all dead on. I couldn't be bothered to fight my way through the grot near the end, so Sue did 2 extra controls near the finish, but I was in over 3 minutes early which is good for me at a score event!

Orienteering race 1:11:54 [5]

National event so long, technical courses. Very long, steep leg from 2 to 3 which took over 17 minutes. The slog up at the ended was awful. Do not enjoy contouring when I've got a sore ankle. Slow into 5 and missed 8 as I was too far down the sour, and didn't see it when I was trying to relocate!. Much better area than tyesterday as less ditches. Finished just inside the top 20, but a long way down. I don't know how they go that fast!!
