How wonderful to be able to get to Friday morning Combat!! Great session, but why did Katie swap the Tutti Fruitti track for Johnny Be Good?? It's my favourite track of the whole release. Perhaps she's too young to know the words!!

Relly good session tonight. The new release is awesome. Great moves, good music. In fact I think it's the best one of the several I've done. Was nice to going having missed tuesday. Can now do Friday morning too! Yippee!!

At least I was able to keep awake long enough to get to class tonight! Am getting to grips with the new release now. Even tracks 3 and 4 don't seem so bad! Was able to do the streching in track 10 as well without ny neck hurting. All in all, getting better!

We certainly were worked hard by Katie today! some of the knee work is really very tiring, but if I don't do them as jump-knees it's not too bad. Still really love the Tutti-Fruitti track. A music track that I actually know instead of all this modern stuff!
