Tunks park return with Kris (on his Synergy). Quite windy once 'round the Castle Cove corner. Rather pleasant paddle. Technique felt good.

Busy. Saw the tail end of the NOSH crossing the bridge, and kayak winter series race up the river.

Raft building for next week. At least having kids meant we didn't look like complete tools.

Running 1:50:00 [3]

Post U6 rugby run with Steve Craig and Kris Plain. From St Ives chase down Warimoo track to Bobbin Head, then back up the track in the middle and home via Spinx.

Cleverly snuck in run between haevy rain. Sunny for us. Rather pleasant trot. Steve's in pretty good shape for a retired old fart.

Up tempo ride in parts. Chilly morning

Solid ride home to make it in time for Annika's gym pickup. Pushed up the hills. Fresh brake pads - nice to be able to stop again. Apologies to anyone I passed for the squealing.

Slowish ride. Annika at an overnight bandcamp. Morning routine hellavu lot easier with 1 littly instead of 2.

Interesting ride. Very nearly did a big endo in Neutral bay when lifting wheel too early on a gutter jump - big peak hour audience too.

Then almost got taken out by a possum on the roseville bridge path. Proverbial froze in the spotlight.

Quick session at the gym. Suprised to get out 10 reps in the standard 3 sets of chins.

New double ski on the way. sweeet. (But not in time for Geo).
