I was feeling very tired the whole day but was planning to run intersity 5 intervals in the evening anyway... That was before the authorities recommended to avoid exercise outdoors due to the toxic particles that the wind had been carrying to Finland from the forest fires of Russia. Toxic particles in my lungs didn't sound very good so I just did some light mobility etc. exercises indoors.

It's probably exaggerating to call it a gym. Every time I've run past it I've told myself that I should do a training there. There are two gym machines for the upper body and one pretty useless one for the back. Then there are these ancient wooden sit-up benches and logs that you can lift and horizontal bars and this horizontal ladder thing where you're supposed to hang (didn't even try it). I also used a normal bench and did some squats and stuff without any equipment. I was pretty lazy but it was nice to be outdoors and it was a decent enough training.

First took a map to Tiina. The telepathic connection was working quite nicely because she just walked out the door when I got there. Sure I could have called firts to make sure that she's there but it's much cheaper to use telepathy. Then I ran my usual route counterclockwise (Tammisto - Pakkala - Ylästö - Pitkäkoski - Haltiala - Tammisto. It was actually much nicer in this direction because the boring ashalt part is in the beginning.

This turned out to be a pretty nice training. I wasn't really sure what to expect and I did feel a little heavy in the beginning. But then I started to feel better and better and I actually had to slow down a bit in the end to keep the hr where I wanted it. Felt very relaxed during the whole training - a feeling that I haven't had for a while. The training left a very good aftertaste.

I survived the exam. Now I feel like I'm hungover. You're not supposed to train when you're hungover so I wont. Just chillin with the neighbour's cats.
