Down river into blizzard, round JMCP and back up river. A few inches of soft snow and a bit scary in places where I got through to the ice underneath. Starting to tire a bit in the last 10mins but still running strongly. Please to make it through two running days in a row.

wu - 5x3mins/1min @ 15km/h - 5mins @ 12km/h increasing gradient each minute 4-8% - wd. Felt good but pace is now making me work a bit.

Had a nightmare - was going to work from home so I could take the sick cat to the vet but couldn't logon to my laptop and then the car wouldn't start so had to take the bus into work: got there @ 1:30pm!!
