Running 4:28:07 [4] 27.0 km (9:56 / km) +1500m 7:46 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-talon 190

Had a 35min lead so not much pressure. I really enjoyed the first 5 controls then it started to drag as we got tired. No nav mistakes, took good lines to all controls. Weather was nicer today too.

Good weekend, i enjoyed about 80% of it. Camping was not fun but it could have been a lot worse. I need more strength if we do it next year (which i would like to). We are well matched and Dave is really good at picking the routes out and executing them.

B class with Danger. Good performance today, got the pacing about right, Dave was all over the nav so no issues there. Got caught out at the end by a river crossing and lost a few minutes but nothing major.

FRA Relays 2nd leg with Pete for the B team. I did my best today but was suffering badly from this cold. Pete had to slow down quite a lot for me which was frustrating as normally we would be a good pairing, but Pete did an excellent job of keeping me going. Team came 8th which is a cracking result and it was a great day out! The A team won. Loving it.

Note - got a cold from this but probably more because i went out too much this week and trained like normal.
