Almost got killed on Thursday cycling into work. The road where it happened has two lanes on both side of the road with a 40mph limit but it's always quiet and hard to do the speed limit as there are traffic lights. I'm the only one on the road, dickhead Mercedes driver comes flying past well above the speed limit I reckon around 50mph. So close that he is inches from clipping me with his wing mirror. Honestly thought I was going to die. Massive adrenaline hit. It was a deliberate and unprovoked attack. Anyway, 150m down the road there is a roundabout and as usual it was gridlocked with traffic - that's karma for you. I'm not proud to say I completely lost it, the red mist descended, I've never lost my temper like that before. Mercedes driver bravely stayed inside his vehicle. I'm still mad about it writing this a few days later.
