Over to Maroubra to pick up a haggis, then post laps home via Coogee.

Did a couple of laps of Anzac parade south from Maroubra, bang on 10km of undulating quiet dual carriageway makes for a decent hit out. Aside from the headwind on the return leg. 19:42 & 19:21.

Hamstring still quite sore, but wasn't too bad cycling thankfully. Iced a few times during the day.

First interval, this was the loop I knew best having been scrapped from my course. Tried to take different routes from the others but ended up leading so it was mainly running.

Pulled up just after starting the second interval, hamstring really sore - too long sitting between reps I think. Annoying as I didn't know this part of the map.
