| 50 minutes of running, and also the life course exercises. As we were about 2 minutes from the house, Ross fell off the 1 inch of the edge of the pavement, causing him to twist his ankle - again. We walked home and I think he's doing better now. He did refuse to join me in ankle exercises when we returned home though. | ||

| Another day rowing. I rowed the first 15 minutes at around 2:20 pace then 3 minutes at 2:10 pace and then the last two at 2:05 pace (kind of). The 2:05 was difficult for me to hold for two minutes and I was again breathing quite heavily by the end. It's a good workout! | ||

| oh yeah, I could practically consider this a long run considering what I've been doing lately. I actually felt really great during this run around Dedham with dad. We chatted about the faults in American education. Weather was cool, but nice after being so hot on the erg. | ||

| another rowing workout. I rowed 10 minutes and then had to go inside to get the radio and warm up my fingers and toes. The rowing machine is on my parent's (I want to say windowed-in, because of screened-in, but that's just not right) porch. Today was especially cold and windy so it was chilly. Even though I was sweating, my toes and finger tips weren't warming up. But I rowed the first 10 minutes with an average of 2:15.7 and then the second with an average of 2:15.2.
During the second 10 minutes I did 3 one minute sprints. The last sprint I rowed under 2:00 for one minute! I'mm realizing as I'm typing 2:15.2 and 2:00 that I'm not entirely sure what they mean... help me Hill :) I only know that Hill rows this for an HOUR! And I barely made it through the minute. Last night after rowing I went out to a bar and I couldn't hold my pint of beer with one hand because my arm was too tired. haha :) | ||

| Well, today I skipped class (shh, don't tell) and I used the extra time to take quick run to hopefully get me focused on this paper I have to write (the real reason I skipped class). I just ran around Cold Spring park in Newton. It snowed this morning, and the weather is finally feeling like winter. My ears were frozen blocks on the sides of my head for the first couple of minutes. I warmed up quick though, as I was trying to keep up a good pace to get the paper writing juices flowing (it seems that I only got the attackpoint logging juice flowing so far).
Also, I just finally added my Traverse (NEOC November 19th meet) splits if anyone's interested :) 5 and a half more hours and I'll hit 300 hours of training this year! :) | ||
