I was wrong yesterday. Today was the worst day of the winter to be out.

Putting out night controls at Ballogie in the wind and the rain. The only slight saving grace was the amount of melt that has gone on making the running at least somewhat enjoyable even if the whole place was awash.

Out for 2.20 in entirety

Got to have been the worst Aberdeen day of the winter for a daytime run. Chucking it down and blowing a hooley and still ice on the tracks. Just as well it was meant to be short and easy and an attempt to ease away some of the aches and pains (mainly in the shoulders) from the "strange" activities of the previous couple of days.

Hazlehead loop. Pleased to dip under 40 mins given the nature of the skating rink. The icebugs did the business though.
