Hazlehead fields and then the normal loop - steady. Feel a little rusty from enforced rest, and have acquired a little heel/achilles soreness. Latter I'm sure or hope anyway will wear off fairly quickly.

Rapid spin out to the last fishermans hut on south side of the Dee via Scolty cp. Same again on the way back. Nice evening.

Back to running. Still coughing slightly but no longer "below the neck".
20 mins at a good tempo in the middle to really get the legs moving again. Felt reasonably good. Crathes.

Callater Lodge, Jocks Road, Tolmount, Tom Buidhe, Cairn of Claise, Carn an Tuirc. Loch Callater like a millpond. Hills to ourselves pretty much.

Not up to the O at Bogendreip or Scolty hill race so took the opportunity to do some easy SOL planning prep at Easter Clune. Great day and some really great bits of wood. With T. Just us, buzzards, deer, hares and a cow or two later on. Out for 2.5.
