Hazlehead fields and then the normal loop - steady. Feel a little rusty from enforced rest, and have acquired a little heel/achilles soreness. Latter I'm sure or hope anyway will wear off fairly quickly.
Back to running. Still coughing slightly but no longer "below the neck".
20 mins at a good tempo in the middle to really get the legs moving again. Felt reasonably good. Crathes.

Not up to the O at Bogendreip or Scolty hill race so took the opportunity to do some easy SOL planning prep at Easter Clune. Great day and some really great bits of wood. With T. Just us, buzzards, deer, hares and a cow or two later on. Out for 2.5.
