Note

all i can say about this day is i hope i can learn from my mistakes. did alot of racing this season so i'm not to upset about giving myself a big goose egg.
1)don't experment with new foods
2)get a massage on a regular basis
3)remember when it comes to tapering whats good for the goose is not always good for the gander.
so many mistakes made you'll have to wait for the book

trail from hell, good solid push up no-name, thorpe, french cabin, out silver

Running 1:47:00 [3] 11.0 mi (9:44 / mi)
shoes: fireblade

a little adventuring on cougar w/owens started with the standard 10 route but dropped down to 900 on w. tibbets and bear ridge. then thought it might be clever to rally up 900 and up the connector then cliffs. well never run 900 it sucks especially during rush hour. back on the trail the climb up to wilderness was good. rally'd back shy bear and quarry for again som ething new. felt really good today. sitting around drinking cold beer the day before will do that for a guy.
