Davin's class...Holy Moly his class is tough. If he wasn't so nice, he would be really easy to despise. :)

Met Kimmy there. So thankful we made plans to meet. Otherwise I would have turned off my alarm and went back to bed. Slept terrible...shoulder and neck were killing me when I woke up. Actually felt better after class as they loosened up a bit.

It's nice having a musical orchestra next to me in class. "It might have been me." ;)

Mel's class. I remembered why I used to struggle in his class. Sometimes it feels like he is 'yelling' at his students. :) He hasn't been like that the last few classes (he was much calmer). But today, it was a little harder core.

Ran 4 mile loop with Milo. (He was a goodboy) I Felt pretty good.. I'm happy with the 9:50 min mile because a) I haven't been running much and b)nice headwind heading back on Marymoor and west lake Sammy.

Soon as yoga challenge is complete I will incorporate more running. Hope to work up to consistent 9 min mile.

Steady state on the trainer. Wanted to run today but it's raining. :)

My legs and body felt lethargic when I started. Spun at 60 watts for about 10 minutes then bumped up gradually to 100.

Took Gary's class. For years I've avoided his class, but I'm not sure why. I've really enjoyed the last two classes.

Woke up when Ryan left and decided to head for a run before yoga. The coolest thing happened...

About 37 minutes in, my phone alarm went off to wake me up for yoga. Yet, I'd already finished my run. Nice.

Met Kimmy for Claudia's class. Love doing yoga with her. Claudia's a really ass kicker as well. Made me feel so good when Kimmy told me afterwards I was an 'animal'. All this hard work is paying off. :)
