Bilstag. Turns out I'm not very good at cricket. 0 wickets, 1 run from four balls. Bowled out. Did bowl a maiden over though. One of the balls was within the batsmans reach too.

First leg of meadows relays. Tucked in behind a fast young guy from FVH at the start, felt like I could have taken the lead at the jawbone but forced myself to wait until halfway. From there I kicked on and kept kicking on until the changeover. Fastest lap and a 5s PB - happy with that.

My mile PB is now a faster pace than the fastest 800m rep I've ever managed in training (2:12).
