Not a super good time on the bike. Still having trouble since every time i time trial im in a new position, this one didnt work so good for the hips or quads seized up pretty good. Not sure how the mental side went, didnt feel like i went very hard but i guess i would need the HR to figure that out. Gotta practice to be perfect.

Was having a good race. Spent a bit too much time at the back but i was comfortable with the effort. Flated on start of last lap, slow change. Rode bymyself but got back on:):) Effort cost me though as i didnt have anything left for the finish and did not end up contesting. Thought i might have been good, was second wheel at start of sprint but my legs cramped when i tried to go. Frustrating outcome as i felt very good, at least it shows i have some fitness. Looks like i got 30th

Felt alright before the race. Thought i warmed up pretty well with about 50mins of riding total.

Thought it went ok at first. Dont think my head was completely there as there were times i dont think i kept it just under threshold. After hearing the times of people coming in around me it reinforces how my time trialing either sucks or i just had a bad day. Guessing its the first one since i dont practice ITT very much. As far as technical stuff goes, thought i might have taken it too easy thru the corners. I was a little on the safe side. About 17 minutes on the way out and 15 on the way back. Ill put up a more accurate placing and time as soon as it becomes available.

Note

45th place. Not really the result we wanted.

Tough day. Felt pretty bad during the ride, did 3X3min accelerations and couldnt keep on Brodie:( Hopefully with some good rest and a good warm up i can do well tomorrow.
