Note

Day off. Unless I can log setting up a trampoline for 3 hours, sneaking into the Section track meet, walking home, gardening, going to the Bowl with the kids.... amazing how much energy a guy has when he doesn't run. More fun too I bet.

3 loops at RH with the Irish. Conway and O'Rourke on the comeback trail!Good to run with those clowns again.
16:07 avg loop. Tired legs, but felt better as I went.
Phoebe and Eli walked the loop with Izzy (breaking them in on 'The Hill.')

Nice sunny and warm day. Some breeze. Alone. 101 mile week.

Two hours; four trails (chester to 4th st and back and around, rock hill, hartley, amity) back on roads through umd. Section track meet going on. Missed Paige run twice.
Legs a bit tired on the ups, but snappy otherwise. Much better than yesterday. Alone.
