First attempt at running intervals for a long, long time

Plan: 4x2 mins at 8 min/mile with 1 min recovery

Actual: 7:44, 8:10, 7:58, 8:01 with recovery at 10:22 - 10:42

Warmup/down of 20:37 at about 11.5

Found it hard to get the right pace, too fast then having to correct.

Legs very heavy at start.
