Paddle 1:22:00 [3] 12.0 km (6:50 / km)

Paddle with steve from Surf club (sset) to surf club (burnie) and return. Confused sea from the east so made the return journey a little quicker. Managed to stay up right, which was good as I had the camera on.

MTB 1:25:00 [3] 23.0 km (3:42 / km)

Ride from home to wynyard, round the river track and return, pushed hard on the hills on the way back. Hanging out to do big ride 50-70km range with hills to see where i am at. Thnking of doing some of the xpd tas ride magnet mine to leven canyon or similar.

Field Hockey 1:10:00 [3]

played hockey v Devonport and whooped them 7-0. Warmish playing for the first time in ages. Did some good running, the end. Steve played goalie and got 1 kick!

Run 38:25 [4] 8.0 km (4:48 / km)

Tacked onto a run with a group KAW training take training for the Burnie Ten. Did an 8 km time trial from Cam Bridge to parklands and return. Ran with the fastest group to see how long I could stay with them for. Managed the 4km in but was blown away on the return. Ended up a couple of minutes behind at the finish.

Weather forced me indoors so did a little weights and body session at the surf club. Not to enthusiastic a session but least it was something.
