Went for a distance skate ski this afternoon. Was hoping to keep it 100% solid in the level 1 area but the terrain made this very difficult to do. Did a good job of keeping it in check though. Perfect fall day for training. Awesome. Felt like I skied pretty well but legs felt a little heavy.

Great classic ski around CP. Perfect fall day. went of rolling terrain and transitions felt really good today. Bright sun was nice to check out shadow technique. Really felt strong and smooth. I really think my striding is starting to click a bit.

VERY easy skate ski tonight. Did a great job of keeping well in level one tonight. Very pleased too because my technique seemed really sharp.

Made today have both volume and some intensity. UUSRS night and went early and did easy distance. Time in zone 1 was also in the rest phase of the intervals but they were very hard and I didn't get back all the way down after some of them.
