Had a nap after work. Achilles was still tight this morning and Ben text me about doing another hill session tomorrow so I elected to cross-train.
Middle 5 mins were a backwards leg action.
Good stretch-out afterwards. L) piriformis has been tight for about a week now. Eases into almost normal sized stretch.
