Achey L) hamstring and ongoing issues with L) hip flexors. Don't think my body has enjoyed the sudden change to full-time water-based training. Too much resistance.
L) hip flexor 2/10 pain after 25 mins and didn't get much worse. L) mid lat hamstring a bit achey and tight.

Hip hitches x20, 100s pedals x15, prone hamstring curls x15, 40s planks, ankle pumps x20, ankle circles both ways x20, side lying: hip adduction x15 and 10x each hip abductions foot straight/in/out
10b x 2 in 8:05 and 8:06. Started to feel some pain in the L) posterolat. gluts over the last few.

Quads feeling suprisingly drained after the swimming. Feeling the L) knee a lot more than the L) hip flexors but not too bad. Hip flexor discomfort was more lateral today.
Started to feel the L) hip flexors after 15 mins so moved on to a swim. Easy day to follow the bike yesterday. R) foot aching more than for the last week with some tingling. Possibly caused by the week-end's pedalling.
