Running race (Road) 17:33 [5] 5.0 km (3:31 / km)
max:174 shoes: Nike Lunar Montreal+

Gunnersbury Parkrun.
Started just in front of the Staceys (Dave pushing Laine's running pram) in the middle of the front row. 499 finishers apparently!
Was at the front from the off apart from an older bloke being towed by an excited young labrador! Passed them at the first corner and soon found myself with a tall bloke in my shoulder as we went gradually downhill. Noticed that he was wearing long shorts and sleeves so I didn't want to have him in front!
The pace felt quick but not stupid. I put in a little dig as we went around the Potomac Pond...

Climbing (Bouldering) 31:15 [1]

To The Climbing Hangar after a coffee in Hammersmith with Dave, Andi, toddler Laine and Andi's colleague Simon.
Started in the top of 3 levels and did a couple of pull-ups, push-ups and their two easiest graded problems (leopard print and green).
Went to the mid level and started with a bit of slab stuff before being drawn into a group of guys trying to do a long pink roof problem. Spent far too much time faffing with feet and trying little changes on my first attempt. Tired by crux: a long reach that forces you to cut the feet loose. I could do the move without climbing to it!
Mainly tried oranges and pinks, with the odd blue thrown in, when I went downstairs. I think these were V3. Quite satisfied with a few moves I pulled off: a big dyno to one-handed catch, a really technical start on a geometric pink right next to the entrance and getting up a corner using foot-smearing, wall-palming and balance.
Finished off with 7 then 3 pull-ups to get fully ruined.
