Note
(rest day)

Fixed roof. Got supplies to repair floor boards in living room. Pretty tired after going up and down from the roof so took a day off. Roof went well but really windy up there and with a steep pitch made things interesting. Good thing I like climbing and am not bothered by heights.

Good, fast hockey with some local talent. Still got the speed but the hands lack the grace they once had. Shined a little once I got open and buried a few but mostly just enjoyed a hard skate with the youngins.

Running 52:12 [3] 7.2 mi (7:15 / mi)

Ran home from work today. Heavy pack. Figured I should start training and posting to give my running some focus. Feel fit and strong as I have been running, biking and bouldering like a mad man. Plus coaching the girls for roller derby keeps things interesting. Just need to pick a race and go for it! but which one?
