Tough conditions today but was good to run a little :-) Well I tried some innersole things but hey increased the pain because they were pressing on the arch too much :S I'm still able to run but it's uncomfortable.

The physio said to ease back into training. I've been having some problems with pain in my left arch in my foot but only when pressure is applied. I haven't had a decent run in a while because I've been trying to recover quickly before camp.Also have had an infection or cold thing for almost 2 weeks or more. It seems that everyone is getting sick! :O

One hour on the dot. Gosh this was hard! But on a morning as cold as it is I'm glad I was indoors :-) I don't think I could find a place with this many hills on it lol SOO many hills!!! and no down hill surprisingly :P
