Road ride, late afternoon. I was underdressed with no thermal layer under my helmet or under my cycling gloves, so my ears and fingertips were cold. Derailleurs were also not functioning properly. Front was a bit finicky, rear was downright unwilling to be helpful. Must have a look at some point.
