Easy, easy intervals at ridiculously slow speeds to see how fast/comfortably I could go, as my cardio doc says, "at moderate effort". I think it's faster than this. But since this was the first run in a long while, especially with HR feedback and easy ability to drop to a walk for a fixed interval, I wanted to take it easy.
