Tough warm up, all the way up and over the seat.
Running hills 25:00 [5]
Hill session with Chloe and Hector round the back of the seat. 2 x (60s, 120s, 90s), recovery approx equal to rep as it was a jog back down. Really tough especially the 2mins, my legs were like lead. Finished with 6 x 30s, 30s rest, all the way back to the top. Completely ran out of energy on these and could hardly move on the last one. Good session.
