Trying to learn Bedouin Beat choreo for performance next week. Oh dear, I say. Oh dear. Had to take it pretty easy as I've got a bit of a rotator cuff strain and very stiff and sore thoracic and cervical spine. Lumbar's not too flash either but that's a whole different story.
