Ran up Rapaki track with Sam, then along crater rim, we were running late so just ran down the road from Castle Rock, then down the Bridle and short way home

Ran up the Bridle Path, about 1/3 of the way down the Heathcote side, back up, then down the Bridle Path, running down two lengths, up one length till I got to the bottom, then long way home then up my lovely hill

COMPLETELY forgot about 1600m time trial challenge, quite sad, I wanted to do it!
