Haven't swam in a week, so I wanted to do longer and settled on a mile. Broke that up into 1000 and 800 yards with split at each 200. Wrist is much improved today.

This didn't go quite as planned because we overestimated my coordination, and perhaps how well my legs hold me up, and I fell off the bosu. Avoided hitting my head but braced my right wrist pretty hard. Painful, but not swollen at all, and no blood or bones sticking out. So, shook it off and switched to more "grounded" activities.
