Seeing as though I'm absolutely nackered today thought I would put in the intense walking I did today around London.

Had to get up at half 5!!

Then 2 hour train, then walk, then 3 tubes, then walk!

Then same again in reverse back home!

shoes: Nike air pegasus+ 25

Ran to Victoria Park with...Alice, Alistair, Dad, Matthew, Ray and Tony to do intervals!!

Running 17:00 [5] 4.0 km (4:15 / km)
shoes: Nike air pegasus+ 25

Ran pyramid style intervals around a football pitch, 1 min rest after each one:
-1 min, 2 mins, 3 mins, 3 mins, 2 mins, 1 mins.

Haven't done much fast stuff recently but felt strong all the way.

Running back up to Hurdsfield to the Canal and back to the Thornton's house.

Found it hard work tonight! Not swam since before Christmas and can really feel it in my arm and leg muscles.
