Went to oing on High Rigg. Orienteering was fine but running was awful, just couldnt get going.

Went for a run with Graham up Grizedale Pike. Was a really nice night and had a laugh!

Went to Pike of Blisco regional event. Ran black (M21). Had a gd run, ran well. Losed about 1.30mins. Just 3 mins down on Quentin.

Went to Sams class. Felt really gd after lots of resting/revision. Ran well up Watch fell for a warm up. Then went into the woods for 4 times 2 mins intevals in terrain/track. Then did 3 times 30secs up hill. Then did 3 times 1 min down hill running. Then a warm down.

British champs relays, ran men premier with Graham and Allan Irving. I did first leg, had a gd run coming in just behind pete.

British Champs. Started well then messed up number 8 because the map was rubbish. Will caught me up at 8/9 and we ran the rest together pushing each other. Pleased with my result (5th), a gd end to the races.
