Easy spin on tandem to deliver Christmas cards to East Harlsey and Stokesley. Stopped for a coffee and a chat for half an hour in Stokesley. Wind was pretty strong coming back so we were struggling to spin smoothly, but apart from that we seem to have cracked the tandem technique!
Achilles was painful at first, but seemed to ease off once it was stretched out.
