Buggery bugger.

No marathon.

Physio very worried about my achilles and gave me the option of being able to walk down the aisle or running the Marathon. Needless to say I chose the former as there are plenty of races to do in my life. I would really like just one wedding though.

More massage, ultrasound and laser. She said it could rupture very easily if I run too heavily on it, and as I have a tendency to ignore any niggles etc, that could be likely. And I'd quite like to not need crutches on my honeymoon.

Booked in for two more rounds of ultrasound just to give it the best chance of repairing pre-wedding so I can wear heels in my dress.
