Took it v easy due to after effects of food poisoning and tight hamstrings... Nice run up to Anglican and then Catholic cathedrals and back to the city. Cold.
Woke at 6.30 feeling rough wth a burbling tum. Within 30 mins was ensconced in the bathroom being violently sick and the other... Bizarrely by 8.30 I gingerly had some poached eggs and black tea. Stuck to sweet stuff and had a nap at 5.30pm. Had lighter dinner but still felt battered by end of day. Others affected too so it was definitely the Liverpool FC lamb that did it to us. Thanks, Anfield!

Easy jog over to Asda and back... Hammy tight but not sore. Will keep an eye on it so to speak. Fingers crossed. Best bit of run was popping into Halfords to check out a bike... Loved the 13 fondly showed by Aidan, store manager. Feel a purchase and new direction coming on. Things happen for a reason...
