Running (Kooyoora Eastern Track) 1:06:06 [3] 8.2 km (8:04 / km) +204m 7:10 / km
shoes: La Sportiva Akasha

Set off to run on my own - with instructions to take the first left and follow signs - I did this and ended up at the Eastern Carpark rather than where I thought I would - turns out there's an extra path that is very well signposted but not on the walk map (or the 2002 O map). Was getting very freaked out by the cockies that I'd clearly woken up from napping and weren't very happy about it so rang James and he, Andy and Dusty (dog) came to run with me (not much faster than walking anyway).

I was slow uphill but not too bad, though getting a bit warm. Impressed with how keen Dusty was - she's getting on a bit but seemed to really enjoy her run out - she spent a good bit of the afternoon asleep though.

Running (Bundoora Park Street-O) 33:06 [3] 5.07 km (6:31 / km) +58m 6:10 / km
shoes: Adidas Energy Boost (black)

Nice jog around the park. Should have gone straight where the extra path was but not much confidence in map. Not sure going right to the top of the hill was really necessary. I defo do better at these at the moment when there's some actual navigation involved (even though my route choice was based on staying in the park as much as possible).

Swimming (Fitzroy) 30:09 [3] 1.0 km (30:09 / km)

I probably should try Northcote pool as it's closer to home, but I love Fitzroy and still have 8 swims left. At least there's a bus straight up Heidelberg road.

My assumption that my swimsuit would keep fitting me cos it's stretchy was incorrect. I can get it on and it was ok in the water but it's very tight!

Think I'm going to have to go in the slow lane as I'm pushing making the times for the medium, felt like I was swimming fine but it's just slow.

Pilates (Pre-Natal) 1:00:00 [2]

Different instructor in today's class and it was hard! There were weights, and we did clams until my legs couldn't cope any more. My quads and glutes were smashed by the end. Think I'll feel it running tomorrow.

Pilates (Pre-Natal) 1:00:00 [1]

Went to investigate the Pilates as recommended by my physio and landlord, they had a $30 for 2 weeks thing so signed up and could get in a class tonight. Was actually pretty good, nice place, only 6 in class and mostly just a series of physio exercises and some pelvic floor work.
