So another day lab reporting and finally it seems to be coming together wooo :) so ran out to Burbage mines afterwards!

Orienteering 14:29 [3] 1.68 km (8:37 / km)

Loop with a compass.. forgot how confused I get up there!

Orienteering 15:25 [3] 1.91 km (8:04 / km)

And one without a compass, this one strangely seemed better, maybe I was paying more attention.

Running 36:11 [3] 7.22 km (5:01 / km) +50m 4:51 / km

And back! Happy, much much less stressed than the end of the week!

Didn't get out of labs till after 5 so completely missed sprintervals, decided to race the darkness up Porter instead, it was very dark by the time I got back down to Bingham!

Few drills and strides, my legs are SO SORE from the gym!!

New session - it was hard!! Lots on glutes then some fitball fun..

Out of labs early so got to run in the sun :) just bottom path of rivelin, up lodge lane and back along the top path, legs achey from this morning!
