Failed to swim at the beach and spent quality time drinking coffee and reading the paper instead. Attempted pool swim in the late afternoon foiled by lap pool being closed and having to swim in the hot pool with the very slow oldies who don't like getting their hair wet.

Wander around the GoatFarm trying (and mostly succeeding) to stay on the Blue 'Cruiser' trail. There were a lot of posts that blue tags pointing in all directions, so I have no idea how well I succeeded.

Did some confidence building stuff on the lumps in the quarry first thing and really enjoyed the southern part of the hillside after what seemed like endless slow and boring climbing up the Northern part of the hillside. In a strange fit of braining, chose not to take "Cannonball Run". In between the climbing and the descending I jogged/slid a chunk of Dugite's Bite. I know people ride their bikes down there at speed, but it seems like a completely bonkers thing to do.

Tired much earlier than desired and very relieved to find myself on familiar trails close to the Heritage Trail. Lots more work on building big quad muscles, aerobic fitness and bike skills required!
