Running intervals 25:00 [5]

6*500m with 300m easy running in between. Times were: 1'37", 1'36", 1'35", 1'34", 1'32" and 1'30". Could have pushed harder but as it was the first track training since a long time and still a bit tired from last week I did not push all the way. Feeling was good.

Running warm up/down 30:00 [2]

Warming up and cooling down before and after the interval training (RAM club training).
