So there was a different workout for mile and 1000 I think, so I did the mile workout out and we finished early so I joined up with the rest of the guys and did the rest of their workout. I think it was

200,200,400,400,200,200,400,400/ Joined 1000 group 400,200,200,200,200
Someone tell me if this is wrong.

All the 200s were around 30-35 and the 400s were 70-75
