Same run as on Oct 24th. However a much better time. Sub 5 min m/km :). Weather wasn't great. Soaked within 3 minutes. Tipped it down again at about 20 minutes.

Ran quite slowly so that Pauls team wouldn't get any points. Had to do 4 stupid warm up laps as part of the run. What a waste of time. I'd've rather have done the run twice without the warmup laps.

Cycled to put out the controls. We need to get something sorted about printing. Need to print about 500 blank maps to draw courses on.
