I woke up early and decided to see how I felt. Felt a lot better than yesterday so walked into the gym to do physio stuff and lots of stretching and rolling. Did some of the usual stuff too but kept everything low and stayed off the knee. Very stiff this morning but eased off a lot as the day went on.

Just mobilizing the knee and having a break from revision. Feeling a lot better still not quite there. Kept it slow and let the legs turn over.

Physio today about knee. Insoles changing the way I am move as thought. Give exercises and told to keep rolling. She also really loosened off my upper leg which made me feel SO much better. I walked home totally normal. Can run and all that but have to do mobility after. If swelling doesn't go in ten days to go back. Feeling so much happier.
