4x new acc/dec loop. Felt like haved no speed on first ones but by the loops was moving well.

To the meadows and around with EUOC then drills.
Warm down with girls then extended with Katie.
Enjoyed having company.

Warmed up with EUOC and decided to do their session as was basically the same as what I had planned but it meant I had people to push me on.
8x600m with 2mins active recovery. The first rep was a little short and very tight so on the second one the boys ran the more road loop making it 620m and I followed them but the other girls all ran the shorter one. However this made it a good session as always had people around so really pushed on. Good session and managed to run good pace consistent times.
