Warm, damp & breezy GC circuit feeling a lot looser - especially lower lumbar area.

Just the two of us for 4 x circuits; 3 x 1min x 8 stations + 1 x 45secs x 8 stations after a good 12min warmup. Back wouldn't bend backwards - only forwards tonite; but definitely slowly on the mend.
