Redwoods in Rotorua! Soooo tired, couldn't be more exhausted, so felt like I was working hard but legs not tired really after, bit annoying...
But good to get out and run - especially somewhere different and not muddy! :) :)

Run with Sam and Dave... they're fast! We added some sprints in too, so overall a pretty speedy run, and got faster towards the end I think. Felt soooooooo tired and run down at work and almost bailed on the run but felt SO SO SO SO much better after it was amazing. Loved it.
