Long run on the loops around Cleversburg. I broke off and ran mostly alone. I felt really strong. I stopped for vitalyte each time. I think I felt better than most of my teammates.

Alumni meet. I see this more as a building workout and baseline for the season. I've never raced well here so why should I expect it to change now. I ran 20:49 which is 20 seconds slower than last year. I don't think I was as tired last year though. I'm pissed but I have to keep to my plan and keep getting stronger after each meet. It's my only way out... other than quitting and that's not really a way out. So good workout today, mediocre race.

Easy morning run on the rail trail. Feeling pretty good considering I did a workout about 12 hours ago.

Running 30:00 [3] 4.2 mi (7:09 / mi)

Easy run with Gillette and Scotty with a lift afterwards. I actually felt pretty heavy and sluggish during this run. I must rest!

Workout under the lights. 15 minute warmup 5 minute cooldown. Workout was 20x400@77-80 starting one every 3 minutes. I felt amazing. Much better than I did last year. This is a very good sign but it loses its worth if I don't recover.

Amish highway loop with the guys with 8x20/40's. Felt really strong even when we were hitting 6:25 pace.

Easy morning run. Feeling pretty good.

Easy run with Evans on school loop with some add ons. We got this done in the morning since we both have classes during practice today.
