I was absent from attackpoint for awhile due to a coaching thing- however, because of my current schedual, I am now without a coach, and back to attackpoint.
Never realized how much I like attackpoint- glade to be back. My training up through the end of August will be strained as its race season for the race director I work for, and sadely I am at races more than racing them.
Here's hoping I make the best of my time and get some solid/fun training in.

Marking the Run to the beach course, lots of time off the bike, but pushed when I could on the hills. Doing what I can when I can.

Ran the 10k course, but skipped the road run, about a mile of the course. Some tough climbing, but mainly just tired combination of not being really into it, shoes, and elevation. Just glade I got it in.
